Murals Wallpaper - Site Policies and Refund Policy

At MuralsWallpaper.co.uk, we are committed to providing high quality, custom and bespoke wallpaper murals to each and every client, and we always aim to maintain the highest standards when it comes to all the products and services we provide. We don't usually make mistakes, but when we do we aim to make them right as soon as possible.

Orders

Below is the process of how we process mural wallpaper orders:

1. We send you a proof image of how the mural will look on your wall
2. Once you approve the proof image and send us full payment we will begin production of your order
3. We will despatch your order to you as soon as it is printed, usually within 3 days.

Terms and Conditions and Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your wallpaper, we will either provide a refund or a replacement for you immediately. There are however a few things, as seen below, that you should be aware of which we are unable to provide a refund or replacement for:

1. We carefully pack all of our wallpapers in extra strong cardboard tubes, and we make sure they are sealed up very tightly. In the unlikely event that your product is damaged during delivery we cannot be held responsible, unless the problem was caused as a result of a problem with the packaging which was our fault. If you do receive goods damaged during delivery please notify us immediately and retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the carriers insurers. If you received a damaged parcel, note the fact on the delivery note.
2. If you give us the wall dimensions for your wallpaper and we print it at the size requested and agreed by both parties, then if your wallpaper does not fit we cannot be held accountable for innacurate measurements given to us. We class the measurements provided on your order form or a subsequent email as the printing measurements.
3. If we have agreed and printed a mural, we cannot change your order once it has been printed.
4. Very occassionally, there can be slight colour differences from the proof images we send to the actual printed wallpaper, and there can be slight differences in colour on each individual wallpaper drop. Customers should be aware of this and unless there is a very noticeable difference then we cannot provide a full refund or replacement.
5. Because images are often enlarged in order to print our murals, this does mean that close up they can sometimes be some slight pixelation or a slight mottled effect when viewed close up. This is something to be expected when printing large images, and we wouldn't print anything that was of a poor quality. It is worth noting however that we cannot provide a refund for slight image pixelation or mottling. Because murals are extremely large images and are meant to be viewed from a distance, these effects will not be noticeable from viewing distance.
6. If you notice any inconsistencies, as stated in our hanging instructions, please contact us immediately and do not install. MuralsWallpaper cannot accept claims once material has been installed.
7. We reserve the right to change any part of the quotation if it contains errors or omissions.
8. Delivery times quoted are approximate. Delivery time quoted will not start until payment is received.
9. The client is responsible for any customs duties and/or taxes levied at the point of entry into the destination country.
10. Any contract between Murals Wallpaper and the client will be governed and constructed according to English Law and each party hereby submits to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
11. Because computer monitors vary and can show colours differently, there can sometimes be very slight colour differences between on screen colours and actual printed colours. Our machines are calibrated to match screen colours as closely as possible, however if there is a very slight difference then we cannot provide a refund.
12. If MuralsWallpaper.co.uk do make an error then we will endure to fix this will a full replacement mural at no extra cost.
