If you are in a rush for your order then our express service is the perfect option. We will fast track both the production and delivery of your order and get it delivered within 1-2 working days. Please note that orders made after 1pm will be processed the following day.

How wide are the wallpaper strips?
Our wallpaper strips come in 1.2m wide drops. This is slightly wider than normal wallpaper which makes the hanging process much quicker and gives a better finish.
What do I do if I have a sloping wall or a wall that isn't square or rectangle?
If your wall is an unusual shape then this is not a problem. You simply need to measure the widest and tallest part of your wall to get the height and width. When you come to hang the wallpaper, you simply need to trim away the excess paper.
Should I give exact wall dimensions?
Yes you should. We need your accurate measurements and then we will print your wallpaper slightly larger to account for any uneven walls or minor measuring errors.

How will I know what my mural looks like before ordering?
The next stage of the ordering process is setting the print area on the next page, which means you can see how your mural will look according to your wall dimensions.
Can I customise my mural?
Most of our wallpapers are customisable. On the next page you can specify special requirements and we will come back to you with a proof image showing you how your wallpaper will look before we print.
How will my mural arrive and how do I hang it?
Your wallpaper will come on a roll that is split into vertical, numbered drops/strips. These fit your wall and you simply need to match each drop to the other when hanging. A full step by step guide is included with every purchase. The hanging process is very simple, even for a novice.
How long will my wallpaper take to arrive?

Are the colours seen on screen accurate?
The colours shown on screen are accurate as to the final printed product yes. There can be some variation between computer monitors which is worth bearing in mind due to brightness and colour intensity, however this is usually very minimal.
